By visiting or purchasing from GB Bollards (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Product Use & Safety

Our products are tree rigging bollards and related hardware intended for use by trained, competent users familiar with rigging and jobsite safety.

Rigging is inherently dangerous. Improper use can cause property damage, serious injury, or death. You are responsible for:

Selecting appropriate equipment for the application
Proper installation, rigging setup, and safe operation
Following all applicable laws, standards, and industry practices
Inspecting all equipment before each use and discontinuing use if damaged

Not for human suspension / life safety. Our products are not designed, rated, or intended for lifting, supporting, or suspending people.

2) No Professional Advice

Information on our site is general and does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for confirming suitability and safety for your specific job conditions.

3) Orders & Pricing

Prices are in USD unless stated. We may correct errors and cancel/refund orders affected by mistakes.

4) Made-to-Order / Custom Work

Custom or made-to-order items may have longer lead times and may be non-refundable once production begins.

5) Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6) Warranty (Limited)

Unless stated otherwise in writing, products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for [12 months] from delivery under normal intended use.

This warranty does not cover: misuse, overloading, improper installation, modification, neglect, impacts, corrosion from improper care, or normal wear.

Our obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GB Bollards harmless from claims arising from misuse, improper installation, unsafe rigging practices, or violation of these Terms.
