Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled, unmodified items in new condition.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused and not installed

No modifications, grinding, drilling, welding, repainting, or altered hardware

Returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Proof of purchase required
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
If an item is customized or made-to-order, it is final sale unless it arrives defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Inspect your order immediately. Report issues within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

The shipping label
We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error/defect. We recommend insured, trackable shipping. We’re not responsible for lost return shipments.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production/shipping hasn’t started. Custom/made-to-order items may not be cancellable once work begins.
