Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
Alaska/Hawaii, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories: shipping may require a custom quote. Contact gbrown50cal@yahoo.com or call 608-485-0586 before ordering.
Most orders ship within [1–3] business days. Made-to-order items may require [7-14] business days. You’ll receive tracking once the order ships.
We ship using USPS (and may use other carriers when needed). Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier delays happen. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, contact the carrier first, then contact us and we’ll assist.
Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and label.
